COVID-19 update from TDC NET
In TDC NET, we closely follow the authorities' recommendations for limiting the spread of COVID-19. We have taken a number of precautions, and a visit from a technician will be carried out on the basis of the general safety principles recommended by the National Board of Health.
Before a technician can visit you, we must be sure that neither you nor anyone in your household is affected by COVID-19. Hence, you must inform us if you suspect that you or someone else in the household is infected or may be infected.
If you feel unsafe by having a technician visit, you can always cancel it. Remember to inform us in advance.
If you are to be visited by one of our technicians, we ask you to take some precautions to protect both you and the technician:
• Ventilate well (if possible)
• Have only one person present (apart from the technician) while the work is in progress
• Wash hands and / or use rubbing alcohol both before and after the visit
• Avoid handshakes
• Keep a distance
• If you need to cough or sneeze, be sure to do it up your sleeve
Due to the circumstances, you may unfortunately experience an extended response time to inquiries. We do everything we can to minimize this.
