Once again in 2024, the Danish Technological Institute has tested the mobile network experience in Denmark, and for the 9th year in a row, we have secured the top spot. The comprehensive test shows that the customer experience on TDC NET's mobile network—both nationwide and in the five regions—is "significantly better" than the experience of competitors.

10 Gbit fiber to Danish homes
TDC NET is the first in Denmark to offer 10 Gbit to private households, allowing more people to benefit from the internet of the future. With growing data consumption among Danes, there’s a great need to be met. The rollout of 10 Gbit fiber is future-proofing our digital infrastructure.
Smart planning reduces kilometers driven
Together with DTU and Qampo, we have developed tools to plan and optimize routes for our technicians when they’re on the road. At the same time, we can ensure that we have the right mix of skills in each geographical area. So far, this has led to a reduction of 8-11% in kilometers driven.
AI helps reduce power consumption
Is it possible to provide Denmark's best mobile network and still be ambitious about climate goals? It is for us. Using artificial intelligence, we scale down the capacity in our mobile networks at times when fewer people are using it. This solution is an important element in ensuring that our energy consumption remains stable despite the increasing amount of data we need to transport through our networks.
We are proud to be the first company in the world with science-based targets aligned with the latest climate science. In 2022, the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) validated our targets of becoming net-zero in our own operations by 2028 and in our entire value chain by 2030.
