What we have achieved

Our sustainability report shows the results we have achieved so far – and the work we still have ahead of us.

Science based Targets image
Ambitious climate target

We are proud to be the first company in the world with science-based targets aligned with the latest climate science. In 2022, the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) validated our targets of becoming net-zero in our own operations by 2028 and in our entire value chain by 2030. We have now halved our CO2 emissions compared with 2020.

Electrifying special vans

We have a goal to electrify our entire car fleet, including special vans, by the end of 2028. We have taken the lead in finding a solution for the market and partnered with vehicle conversion specialists with expertise in converting regular vans into special vans. In 2025, we had 17 electric van on the road, equipped for on-site technician work.

Connecting colleagues through Social Hub

Social Hub was established to help create an inclusive culture across TDC NET through meaningful social activities, designed to foster community, strengthen collaboration and celebrate diversity. In 2025, 52 events took place, spanning cultural celebrations, from Diwali, Eid and Christmas, and themed parties, social talks on culture and diversity-related topics to ‘morning vibes’ where we start the day with a singalong.

Preserving Danish nature

We are committed to preserving nature on our large sites in or near protected or biodiversity sensitive areas. Our nature restoration projects realised in Skamlebæk, Odsherred Municipality and a Skagen in Frederikshavn Municipality involve grazing projects with cattle or horses, hay sled, heather restoration and local community engagement.

Zero Waste
Zero waste in 2030

We launched an ambitious 2030 circularity strategy, where we aim to either reuse or recycle all resource outflows by 2030. In 2025, our recycling rate amounted to 82%.
