Age, gender, ethnicity, religion, abilities and sexual orientation are therefore unimportant when we meet our colleagues and others in connection with our work at TDC NET.

Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging

We have launched new initiatives in TDC NET to promote an even inclusive culture and to create a strong sense of belonging. 

What have we achieved?

  • We have established a successful employee group called Social Hub with the purpose to create togetherness through social activities.
  • We have updated our strategy to develop a more inclusive environment and strengthen our work with gender equality. 
  • TDC NET offers a hybrid and flexible workplace with the purpose of increasing wellbeing and job satisfaction.  

What comes next?

  • We aim to increase gender equality and have at least 35% women in management by 2030. 
  • We will continue our work to foster inclusion and belonging by implementing new initiatives. 
  • Specific initiatives include introducing more employees groups, creating transparent career paths, and ensuring diverse representation in all teams.

Connecting colleagues through Social Hub

Social Hub was established to help create an inclusive culture across TDC NET through meaningful social activities, designed to foster community, strengthen collaboration and celebrate diversity. In 2025, 52 events took place, spanning cultural celebrations, from Diwali, Eid and Christmas, and themed parties, social talks on culture and diversity-related topics to ‘morning vibes’ where we start the day with a singalong.
